Job Duties

  • Prepare hot and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain portion control to reduce waste and ensure consistency
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines per Mississippi Department of Health and ServSafe regulations
  • Work efficiently at assigned kitchen stations to produce quality food
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to members and guests
  • Assist in food production in other stations as needed
  • Practice safe food handling and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas
