Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain portion control to reduce waste and ensure consistency
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines per Mississippi Department of Health and ServSafe regulations
- Work efficiently at assigned kitchen stations to produce quality food
- Provide friendly and courteous service to members and guests
- Assist in food production in other stations as needed
- Practice safe food handling and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas
