Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with breakfast and lunch
  • Solid knife skills and basic culinary knowledge
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain punctuality
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to collaborate well with others in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and dedication to quality

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Experience with breakfast and lunch service preferred
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of various cooking methods such as grilling, sautéing, and frying
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a high-pressure, team-oriented kitchen
  • Keen eye for quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices and kitchen cleanliness
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Genuine enthusiasm for creating delicious dishes and enhancing the dining experience

Job Duties

  • Efficiently set up, stock, and maintain a pristine and organized workstation
  • Prepare and cook a wide array of breakfast and lunch items to order, following recipes and presentation standards
  • Work seamlessly with fellow line cooks, prep cooks, and front-of-house team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations, keeping the kitchen spotless and safe
  • Be open to learning new techniques, contribute to menu development, and refine your culinary skills under guidance
  • Assist with inventory management, proper food storage, and minimizing waste
  • Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients used in all dishes
