Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Solid knife skills and a strong understanding of various cooking methods such as grilling, sautéing, and frying
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a high-pressure, team-oriented kitchen
- Keen eye for quality, consistency, and presentation
- Understanding of safe food handling practices and kitchen cleanliness
- Genuine enthusiasm for creating delicious dishes and contributing to a memorable dining experience
Job Duties
- Efficiently set up, stock, and maintain a pristine and organized workstation
- Prepare and cook a wide array of breakfast and lunch items to order, following Anna's House recipes and presentation standards with accuracy and speed
- Work seamlessly with fellow line cooks, prep cooks, and the front-of-house team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations, keeping the kitchen spotless and safe
- Be open to learning new techniques, contribute to menu development, and continuously refine your skills under the guidance of culinary leadership
- Assist with inventory, proper food storage, and minimizing waste to ensure only the freshest ingredients are used
