Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- clear communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- willingness to follow kitchen policies and procedures
- physical ability to reach, bend, and stoop

- Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to follow recipes and Ruby standards consistently
- strong communication skills
- ability to work standing for long periods

- maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
- adhere to kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- portion food prior to cooking
- perform final plate preparation including plating and garnishing
- maintain clean and sanitary work area
- comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
- communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house team members
- follow kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
