Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house krewe members
- able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50lbs
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- committed to maintaining a clean and sanitary work area
- able to follow Ruby standards and recipes consistently

Job Duties
- prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- perform food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing cooked items
- prepare appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- follow Ruby standards and recipes consistently
- communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house krewe members
