Job Requirements
- a minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house krewe members
- ability to reach, bend stoop, and frequently lift up to 50lbs
- ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- willingness to follow Ruby Standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- commitment to maintain a clean and sanitary work area

Job Duties
- accurately prepare hot food products
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items appropriately
- maintain clean and sanitary work area
- follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently
- comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
- communicate clearly with managers and team members
