Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front-of-house staff
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work standing for long periods up to 10 hours
  • commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • adherence to company’s recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Accurately prepare hot food products
  • prepare and portion food prior to cooking
  • plate and garnish cooked items appropriately
  • adhere to Ruby standards and recipes consistently
  • maintain a clean and sanitary work area
  • communicate effectively with managers and team members
  • comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
