Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
- reliable and punctual
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking

- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked menu items including appropriate garnishes
- maintain clean and sanitary work area
- follow Ruby Slipper standards and recipes consistently
- communicate clearly with managers and team members
- comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
