Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Ability to follow Ruby Slipper standards and recipes consistently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work day shifts only

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of New Orleans style cuisine preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked items according to Ruby Slipper standards
- Follow recipes and standardized portion sizes consistently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Communicate clearly with managers and kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
