Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- able to communicate clearly with managers kitchen and front of house krewe members
- able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50lbs
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Duties
- prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- perform final plate preparation including plating and garnishing
- prepare appropriate garnishes for hot menu items
- follow Ruby standards and recipes consistently
- maintain clean and sanitary work area
- communicate clearly with managers and team members
