Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours
- Willingness to follow company recipes and standards
- Commitment to maintaining clean and sanitary work area

- Ability to follow standard recipes and portion sizes
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Accurately prepare hot food products
- Prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked items according to standards
- Follow Ruby Slipper recipes and quality guidelines consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work area
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members
- Adhere to kitchen policies and procedures
