Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 50lbs
- willingness to adhere to kitchen rules, policies, and safety standards
- dependable and punctual
- available to work daytime shifts only

Job Duties
- prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items with appropriate garnishes
- maintain clean and sanitary work area
- follow Ruby Slipper standards and recipes consistently
- comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
- communicate clearly with managers and front of house team
