Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • Ability to follow recipes and quality standards
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and staff
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
  • Commitment to maintain a clean and sanitary work area

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • Ability to follow recipes and quality standards consistently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
  • Portion food prior to cooking
  • Perform food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing
  • Prepare appropriate garnishes for hot menu items
  • Follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
  • Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house staff
