Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house team members
  • physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
  • willingness to follow company policies and kitchen standards

Job Duties

  • prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
  • prepare and portion food prior to cooking
  • plate and garnish cooked items according to standards
  • maintain clean and sanitary work area
  • follow standardized recipes and portion sizes
  • communicate clearly with managers and team members
  • comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
