Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must enjoy hosting others
- Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Must be fluent and literate in English
- College degree or Culinary Arts degree preferred or minimum of three years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of applicable food preparation methods
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- Perform kitchen functions such as broiler, sauté, pantry, prep and production when needed
- Follow culinary standards and operational guidelines for food preparation
- Prepare food items efficiently based on established recipes and plating procedures
- Adjust thermostat controls for ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles
- Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
- Add seasoning during mixing or cooking
- Observe and test foods for proper cooking
- Carve meats, portion food, add sauces and garnishes
- Exhibit knife skills including classic cuts and sharpening
- Wash, peel, cut and shred vegetables and fruits
- Support safety and accident prevention programs
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure coordinated workflow
- Act as a role model and encourage others
- Provide stellar customer service to customers and vendors
- Assist in other food and beverage venues as needed
- Attend departmental and company training programs
- Adhere to company policies, gaming laws, and regulations
- Perform duties safely and maintain cleanliness
- Meet uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
- Promote productivity and fulfill reasonable requests from supervisors or management
