Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food presentation meets the upscale dining requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Support training of new kitchen staff
