Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook in upscale or fine dining
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- Commitment to company values of friendliness, accommodation, inclusiveness, and respect
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards

- 1+ year upscale fine dining Line Cook experience
- Passion for great food

- Familiarity with health and safety kitchen standards
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and stocking
- Participate in training programs and continuous skill development
- Uphold quality control to ensure guest satisfaction
