Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with kitchen team members
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Cook menu items assigned to station
  • Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
  • Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
  • Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
  • Dispose of spoiled food and other waste material
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure kitchen compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management
