Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook in upscale or fine dining
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation
Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
