  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Monitor food stock and report inventory needs
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure presentation and portion control of dishes meet restaurant standards
