Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- 1 year of Line Cook experience is required
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands

Job Duties
- Prepares food in a timely fashion that is to the specifications of the recipe, including being aware of allergen information, using proper knife skills, and ensuring the quality of food meets Universal standards
- Follows proper State of Texas HACCP program and ServSafe certification and procedures, along with properly using the portion control tools and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Performs daily operating procedures which include closing/opening, stocking, and helping unload deliveries
- Assists Sous Chef as directed for inventory requests
- Partners closely with other Team Members in a fast-paced kitchen environment, along with providing excellent guest service in moments of guest interaction
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
