Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be available to work nights and weekends
- able to obtain food safety certification
- basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- strong attention to detail
- capable of working independently or as part of a team
- must have the physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- able to lift and transport food or items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- able to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- prior experience in a high-volume restaurant environment is required
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a line cook in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work nights and weekends
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge

- ability to obtain food safety certification

Job Duties
- produce all assigned menu items efficiently and consistently
- follow Next Level Brands' recipes, specifications, and cooking techniques
- maintain high sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
- prepare food according to quality and presentation standards
- collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service
- manage time effectively during peak hours
- assist with kitchen organization and cleaning tasks
