Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other employees
- Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
- Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a professional kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Ability to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace
- Basic knife skills and culinary techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and knives
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces
- Follow health and safety regulations including food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food delivery
- Assist in inventory stocking and restocking duties
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer and service needs
