Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to follow prep recipes and line build procedures
  • willingness to complete HOH orientation and training
  • ability to adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work physically standing and lifting up to 15 pounds
  • ability to maintain grooming and uniform standards
  • capability to work in a busy kitchen environment
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
  • successful completion of HOH training program
  • successful completion of required local and state food and alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • check quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • any other duty responsibility that management may deem necessary
