Job Requirements

  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training
  • Must successfully complete the HOH training program prior to working unsupervised
  • Must comply with cleaning and sanitation practices
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • Fingernails must be kept trimmed
  • No jewelry allowed on ears, face, neck or wrists
  • Clean shaved or well-maintained beards and mustaches
  • Hair must be kept clean and under the company hat
  • Must wear a clean, non-faded, wrinkled Twin Peaks kitchen shirt tucked in
  • Must not wear headphones or earbuds while on duty

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete Twin Peaks HOH training program
  • Compliance with local and state food and/or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
