Job Requirements
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks HOH training
- Must successfully complete the HOH training program prior to working unsupervised
- Must comply with cleaning and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Fingernails must be kept trimmed
- No jewelry allowed on ears, face, neck or wrists
- Clean shaved or well-maintained beards and mustaches
- Hair must be kept clean and under the company hat
- Must wear a clean, non-faded, wrinkled Twin Peaks kitchen shirt tucked in
- Must not wear headphones or earbuds while on duty
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to attend and successfully complete Twin Peaks HOH training program
- Compliance with local and state food and/or alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to prep and line build recipes
- Check quality of ingredients
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
