Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding
  • ability to deal with standardized situations
  • successful completion of Heart of House training program prior to unsupervised work
  • completion of required food and alcohol service certifications
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • ability to comply with strict uniform standards and personal grooming policies

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
  • successful completion of Twin Peaks HOH training program
  • completion of any food and alcohol service certifications required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • check quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • perform any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
