Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding
- ability to deal with standardized situations
- successful completion of Heart of House training program prior to unsupervised work
- completion of required food and alcohol service certifications
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
- ability to comply with strict uniform standards and personal grooming policies
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- successful completion of Twin Peaks HOH training program
- completion of any food and alcohol service certifications required by local and state regulations
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to prep and line build recipes
- check quality of ingredients
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- perform any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
