Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Ability to communicate in English
- Understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
- Complete orientation and agree to policies and procedures
- Successfully complete HOH training program
- Food and/or alcohol service certifications required
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and lift up to 15 pounds
- Adhere to uniform standards
- Maintain trimmed fingernails
- No jewelry allowed
- Hair must be kept clean and under hat
- Maintain clean shaven face or well-groomed beard/mustache

Job Duties

- Check quality of ingredients
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
