Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven experience as a line cook
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Willingness to follow strict uniform and hygiene standards
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
Commitment to attend and successfully complete all mandatory training
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a line cook
Ability to communicate in English
Understanding of prep recipes and line build procedures
Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
Completion of HOH training program
Compliance with food and/or alcohol service certifications as required

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
Adhering to prep and line build recipes
Check quality of ingredients
Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
Ability to work as a team
Train using tablets or computer
Perform any other duty or responsibility deemed necessary by management
