Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills to follow recipe measurements and proportions
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Follow the assignments for opening and closing procedures
  • Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Understand and execute recipes and food abbreviations
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation
