Job Requirements
- U.S. work authorization required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must adhere to company uniform and attendance policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Prompt arrival for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Legible handwriting
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to follow safety standards and kitchen protocols
Job Duties
- Know and understand every item on the menu including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
- Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- Work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
- Work on timing to get every ticket out in an appropriate amount of time
- Remain focused on designated tasks during prime service hours
- Communicate consistently with co-workers
- Help with prepping and getting ready when the station is ready for service
- Keep workstation clean and stocked
- Practice safe knife handling and seek training if needed
- Assist in putting away deliveries when help is needed
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Respect co-workers including front of house staff
- Always look for ways to be productive when there is time to spare
- Open and close the kitchen properly following checklists
- Assist others in closing the kitchen and do not leave until manager inspection
- Report any co-worker issues to manager or assistant manager
- Arrive promptly in full uniform for scheduled shifts including meetings
- Discuss and submit requested days off two weeks in advance for approval
- Follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a great guest experience
