Job Requirements

  • Food safety certified or the ability to obtain within 30 days
  • ability to learn restaurant menus and recipes
  • comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs., and continuously bend, reach and twist
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • plate prepared foods based on chefs guidance
  • responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc. as needed
  • uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
