Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years relevant cooking experience
  • ability to work full availability including weekends and holidays
  • strong teamwork skills
  • adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years hot line cook experience
  • prior high-volume kitchen experience
  • sauté station experience
  • positive moral and great teamwork approach
  • passion for culinary arts
  • experience with wok and Asian fusion cuisine preferred
  • ability to work multiple kitchen functions

Job Duties

  • Maintain and set up food production station
  • control quality of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and other food items prepared on the hot line
  • work multiple kitchen functions including grill, sauté, and pantry stations
  • maintain quality of food prepared on the line
  • create appealing plate designs and maintain food presentation quality
  • support other outlets as needed
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
