Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a PM cook
- Ability to cook simple and complex dishes while maintaining quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals for customers according to restaurant recipes and guidelines
- Follow the restaurant's health and safety regulations
- Monitor food stocks and place orders when necessary
- Check the quality of ingredients and inform the head chef of any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure all dishes are presented and served in a timely manner
- Assist the head chef in developing new recipes
- Supervise and coordinate activities of other cooks
- Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Monitor food waste and take steps to reduce it
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Train new staff in kitchen procedures
