Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • basic knife skills and food preparation experience
  • willingness to comply with all restaurant policies and procedures
  • ability to pass E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a commercial kitchen or as a line cook is advantageous
  • ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines accurately
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • maintain and clean uniform according to restaurant requirements
  • practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits
  • prep all food according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards
  • display proper food safety techniques including hygiene, hand washing, gloves, and knife skills
  • know emergency procedures for the restaurant
  • maintain the highest degree of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety for the work area including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving
  • adhere to all safety guidelines and practices, immediately report unsafe conditions, acts, accidents, or injuries
