Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, sit, stand for long periods

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly

- Ability to work near grill and fryer
- Ability to work in frequently loud noise environment
- Prior food safety coursework preferred

Job Duties
- Operate cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers
- Prepare and cook food according to directives
- Verify the quality and quantity of all orders
- Plate prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
- Work with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and timely
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
