Job Requirements

  • Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces
  • required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
  • required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • required to be able to handle hot and cold work conditions during food preparation and service
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of Spanish cuisine or tapas preferred
  • strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • culinary certification is a plus
