Job Requirements
- Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces
- required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
- required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- required to be able to handle hot and cold work conditions during food preparation and service
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of Spanish cuisine or tapas preferred
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- culinary certification is a plus
