Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to report to work on time as scheduled
  • maintenance of uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards

Job Duties

  • Prep a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
  • portion, wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients
  • carve and slice meats and cheeses
  • measure and mix ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and other dishes following recipes
  • maintain the highest degree of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area
  • practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits
  • report unsafe conditions or acts, accidents, or injuries immediately
