Job Duties

support food preparation for breakfast and lunch service daily for corporate bistro
salad bar prep, food prep, grill/line cook, to-order cooking, meal plating
rotation coverage for cash register and dishwasher during breaks
work with the group leader to establish a weekly menu
work directly with the group leader to execute planned menu and oversee daily food operations
assists with compliance with all local food safety requirements
excels in performing essentials tasks including accuracy while running the cash register, ability to restock food items at the salad bar and around the cafe, helping customers with their needs
