Job Duties

  • work on broiler pantry and sauté stations
  • assist in purchasing and receiving
  • prepare and cook food according to specifications and sanitary standards
  • portion food and issue to servers
  • prepare cold side items as per menu and specials
  • assist in food preparation for events
  • clean work area and kitchen including storage areas
  • operate equipment safely and sanitarily
  • report food supply shortages or issues to supervisor
  • assist in receiving and storage of food
  • cook hot side items for banquets
  • break down station at end of shift
