Job Duties
- work on broiler pantry and sauté stations
- assist in purchasing and receiving
- prepare and cook food according to specifications and sanitary standards
- portion food and issue to servers
- prepare cold side items as per menu and specials
- assist in food preparation for events
- clean work area and kitchen including storage areas
- operate equipment safely and sanitarily
- report food supply shortages or issues to supervisor
- assist in receiving and storage of food
- cook hot side items for banquets
- break down station at end of shift
