Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during scheduled shifts
  • Maintain a calm and positive attitude, especially during peak hours or unexpected challenges
  • Stay up to date on all menu items, promotions, and company updates
  • Assist in onboarding new kitchen team members with respectful coaching and encouragement
  • Communicate any issues affecting team morale or kitchen performance to the General Manager
  • Adhere to all operational policies, including those for safety, sanitation, and cash handling
  • Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
  • Prepare food items to order, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards
  • Prep ingredients in accordance with company specs and local health regulations
  • Maintain high attention to food presentation and cleanliness
  • Accommodate guest special requests while preserving quality standards
