Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or culinary environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capable of working flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • ability to handle hot and sharp kitchen equipment safely
  • comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
  • assist with inventory and stock management
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • manage cooking times and temperatures to deliver quality dishes
  • maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure service periods
