Job Requirements

  • Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to learn restaurant menus and recipes
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs., and continuously bend, reach and twist
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • Plate prepared foods based on chefs guidance
  • Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc. as needed
  • Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
