Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to learn restaurant menus and recipes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- Plate prepared foods based on chefs guidance
- Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc. as needed
- Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
