Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous culinary or kitchen experience desirable but not required

Job Duties

  • Rolls the dumpling bun skin
  • stuffs the dumplings buns
  • closes and arranges the dumplings buns in the steamer properly
  • adds necessary meat and allergen identifiers
  • steams the dumplings buns for the appropriate amount of time
  • cleans the dumpling room and the steamer station
  • labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
  • attends monthly staff meetings and dumpling meetings
