Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in high-end restaurants or private clubs
- Strong culinary knowledge
- Excellent grill and cooking skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Availability to work from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Thursday to Monday

- Strong culinary knowledge and cooking skills, particularly in grill and saute stations

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including lunch dishes, pizza, bar food, appetizers, high-end lunch selections, and apres-ski offerings, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and ensure availability of ingredients
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout preparation and service
- Adhere to all recipes and procedures to maintain menu consistency
- Support the culinary team in achieving timely and efficient service delivery
