Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in high-end restaurants or private clubs
  • Strong culinary knowledge
  • Excellent grill and cooking skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Availability to work from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Thursday to Monday

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in high-end restaurants or private clubs
  • Strong culinary knowledge and cooking skills, particularly in grill and saute stations
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including lunch dishes, pizza, bar food, appetizers, high-end lunch selections, and apres-ski offerings, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and ensure availability of ingredients
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service
  • Monitor food quality and freshness throughout preparation and service
  • Adhere to all recipes and procedures to maintain menu consistency
  • Support the culinary team in achieving timely and efficient service delivery
