Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to handle kitchen demands

Job Qualifications

Previous experience working as a line cook or similar role
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Basic knife skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

Ability to broil, grille and/or saute, and to handle knives
Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
