Job Duties
- Set up assigned cooking stations including stocking products
- Cook and present dishes according to Simmzys or Tin Roof Bistro recipes
- Ensure only fresh high-quality ingredients are used when preparing recipes
- Follow proper recipe adherence throughout the cooking process
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and properly maintaining equipment, utensils, and tools
- Demonstrate knowledge of cooking equipment including startup, shutdown, shift maintenance, and minor repairs
- Communicate clearly with team members and maintain an organized workstation
