Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, or smoky environments
- Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to Saint George, UT
- Compliance with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts
- Plating prepared foods based on Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager guidance
- Working with servers to ensure timely completion of orders according to guest requests
- Washing and cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment, storing them at the end of shifts
- Ensuring kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food and safety standards
- Recording daily fridge and line temperatures
- Cleaning kitchen equipment daily including refrigerators, flat tops, and oil fryers
- Cross-functional training in prep cooking and assuming responsibilities as needed
- Putting away food orders as they arrive
