Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
- Reliable transportation or plan to relocate to Saint George, UT
- Ability to stand and walk swiftly for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work in environments that are smoky, noisy, hot, cold, or humid
- Basic physical ability to bend and kneel

Job Duties
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning, cutting ingredients, cooking appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts
- Plating prepared foods based on guidance from Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Working with servers to ensure timely completion of guest orders
- Washing and cleaning kitchen utensils and storing equipment after shifts
- Ensuring kitchen operations meet food safety and hygiene standards
- Recording fridge and line temperatures daily
- Cleaning kitchen equipment including refrigerators, flat tops, and oil fryers thoroughly
- Cross-functional training in prep cooking and assuming responsibilities as needed
- Putting away food orders upon arrival
