Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a full-service kitchen preparing food from scratch
- Food Handler Card
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife-handling skills

- Senior Living or healthcare food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh, high-quality meals following established recipes
- Practice proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Set up and break down workstations efficiently
- Keep all kitchen stations clean, organized, and sanitized
- Expedite and serve meals in a timely and courteous manner
- Check food and plate temperatures for proper service
- Restock food and supplies as needed
- Assist with overall kitchen operations and teamwork
